The Beautiful Eyelash Company offers free delivery on UK orders over £75

Postage for UK orders totalling less than £75 are as follows:

Royal Mail signed for 1st Class £6.50

Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class £4.00

All orders received before 11am will normally be dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed on Fridays or UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please be advised that delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control once they are dispatched via Royal Mail. The Beautiful Eyelash Company cannot accept liability in these instances but will endeavour to assist customers with tracking of parcels. Please be aware that a signature is required from the courier upon delivery. Please inspect your package if there is any damage do not sign for it and REFUSE AS DAMAGED.

We can not refund or replace parcels that have not arrived until after 10 working days of postage due to Royal Mail terms and conditions regarding lost or delayed parcels.

PLEASE NOTE:

The recipient is responsible for paying any duties and taxes levied by international Customs offices. If the recipient refuses delivery of the order a refund will be processed after The Beautiful Eyelash Company has received the returned order. Delivery fees will not be refunded in this case.

RETURNS

Please inform The Beautiful Eyelash Company within 24 hours of delivery if you receive any products that are damaged, defective or are missing any items from your order.

You must inform us within 7 days of placing your order of non-delivery.

You have a statutory right to cancel your order/contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the products.

If your parcel was damaged upon delivery DO NOT SIGN for it. Please ask for the package to be returned directly to us and marked as REFUSED AS DAMAGED.

Please ensure that you return the goods in the original undamaged packaging via a signed for method of delivery. We will be unable to issue a refund if we do not receive the returned goods. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details of refunds.

The following information will be required when returning your goods:

Original delivery note containing your order details.
Reason for returning the goods.

Receipt for return postage if you are claiming a full refund for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods received.
